Kantar is the data insight research division of WPP and the second largest market research company in the world, with 28,000 employees in 103 countries. The biggest challenge for Kantar is for internal staff is knowing what they know and what they have done. Keeping up with the thousands of research projects that have been run across the globe was proving difficult and making this information easily accessible to their account directors would help demonstrate to clients everything relevant that had been run.
Kantar selected Chelsea Apps Factory to create a mobile app that would allow users to browse and search through the catalogue of Kantar Products, Services, People, Regions and Territories using business-specific filters to journey to their intended result. Once a user found their desired area of information, they would then be able to either contact the key individual for the service or send the located information to a client's email address. This application was designed to be available on both Google Android smartphones as well as iOS.
CAF built this mobile app, based on Kantar’s existing data sources. The app was intuitive, simple and user-friendly and as result well liked and used by the client.
